my journey
my path into yoga and meditation began as a personal practice, a way to find steadiness during times of anxiety, stress, and feeling disconnected from myself. over time, i noticed how these practices made me feel more calm and regulated, and changed how i moved through my life.
yoga taught me how to slow down, listen inward, and meet myself with more patience and care. that shift is what ultimately led me to teaching. i share these practices because i've experienced firsthand how powerful it can be to feel at home in your body again.
